Good basic kit

Inherited a guitar from my uncle that'd seen better days. The nut was broken in half and the keys were bent, not to mention the incredibly old strings that were worn and, for some, broken. Getting this kit I was able to fit every issue absolutely no problem!Some mention the string cutters weren't very good, I had no issue with them. For some thicker strings you may need to use both hands but tbh even with high quality wire cutters I usually need to do that. I am thoroughly pleased with this kit.

not a bad little tool kit, not an outstanding toolkit, worth what it cost

Most of the tools are useful for at home repairs, maintenance and modifications.There are a few added pieces that were included as a matter of claiming a certain number of included items.The kit I purchased contained 72 pieces and was priced low enough in comparison to the exact same larger kit of 96 pieces or so which if I remember correctly the only thing that was included in the larger kit was a screwdriver.To someone else there might be something else in the 96 piece kit that would be more useful to them than they would be to me.(I have plenty of small screwdrivers so the less expensive 72 piece kit was a good pick for me personally.)Included are some thin guitar picks; plastic string pegs for acoustic guitars and a cheap set of strings.They all account for the total number of pieces. The six strings count as a unit of one, not six separate pieces.It's a good deal. On a better budget I would have gotten the larger set just for the screwdriver because it looks like a cool in the picture. Seriously.You need to compare the two for yourself to see what will best fit your needs. There are other options, I felt the best value was this 72 piece set I chose. If the cool looking screwdriver had been included in this set I would have been extremely happy.I'm okay with what I got though.

It is a tool kit , not a heavy duty kit, but does have some useful components. For example the string gauge height rule is good to have, and I put some of my old tools in the case to make it even better!
