You can sleep in any position you like
While not sonically perfect they are just what’s needed if you want to fall asleep with earphones in. You forget they are even there. No sound leakage to disturb your partner either. Worth every penny.

Sleep Earbuds - OK for Music
These are great from sleeping, which is why I bought these. They don't cause any problems when sleeping on your side and the audio is great for listening to podcasts or You Tube. Looses it star in sound for Music as the audio quality is not on par with normal headphones but for the price and size footprint. They are great

This is my second pair. I loved the first, but unfortunately, these do not live up to the same standard. The ear buds feel a bit smaller, so the noise cancelling is not as effective. This is a shame has the last pair were perfect. Not the best sound quality for music, but more than good enough for sleep aids such as podcasts and white noise.

Sound and construction has changed and not for the better.
Bought the blue ones to replace the pink ones I bought in 2017. Sound lacks base. Number of holes is about 30% of what the pink ones have. Might account for the spund deterioration .
