This steamer glove is sized as a medium, but it fits my small hand just right. This makes steaming things EVEN faster and more convenient now - without the hassle of getting burnt or it taking forever to steam trying not to get burnt. This is one of those items that you didn't know you needed to make life sooo much easier until you got it.

Much like an oven mitt, this one is made of neoprene and designed to let me hold onto a piece of clothing while I steam iron. This is great, as I wouldn't have thought to look for one of these after burning my hands several times trying to get wrinkles out of my work clothing. I was able to steam a few shirts and the mitt covered enough of my wrist that I didn't feel the heat at all! Even if I just put my hand behind the material, this mitt worked great protecting my hands & wrist from steam burns. There was no smell to the neoprene, as with some products. This is a great gift for some of my friends, as when they saw mine they didn’t know a steam mitt existed!

I love to steam clothes rather than iron them, but in order to get to the edges, the steam comes very close to your hands as you pull the fabric taut. It can burn them if you aren’t careful, so this glove is a wonderful solution. My one complaint is that it is a little bulky for small hands; I’d love to see this available in small/medium and medium/large sizes.

Using a steamer is an alternative to ironing and an easy way to remove wrinkles from fabric. However, to get the desired result, the fabric sometimes needs to be taunt. Using a steamer definitely increases your chances of steaming your hands, depending on the material you’re steaming. I found this neoprene mitt to be useful, but it was awkward to use when you inserted your hand to use it as a mitt. Maybe it will soften over times, but I found it easier to hold the mitt in my hand and use between my hand and the fabric so that the steam did not go through and burn my hand. I was able to hold the steamer directly up to the fabric and move the mitt and the steamer in a downward motion effectively removing wrinkles from my garment. I do recommend this mitt, but I suggest using it the way I demonstrated in my pictures. This will prevent steam from touching your skin, but give you more control to remove wrinkles while using a steamer. It is a helpful tool.

This works just as described. I would always get steam burned before by stretching out the material being steamed and this solves that problem perfectly.I have rather big wide hands and this fits perfectly with no worries. Overall great product anyone that uses a steamer should own.

Very nice steam mitten! Makes steaming my clothes much easier. Keeps my hand from getting burned while steaming clothes. Very nice!

I am a person who much prefers to use a steamer over an iron; however, I am also a bit accident prone and clumsy, and so I have burned myself many times using the steamer. I love that this glove gives me peace of mind, knowing that my hand is covered. It is also a nice surface to use to wipe down the garment as I steam, assisting in getting the wrinkles out.
