As per the order I asked for 18 by 13 but it's only 16 by 12No it is no point for me to keep, as it will not serve my purpose 🙏...you better take it back...Yes the material is in good condition and good quality no doubt...

It s very useful for furbabys....... Actully i Orderd 30 inches ......... If you think u want the tray order only 24 , 30 or 18 Inches thats it.........just go for it.....ease of cleaning , value for moneyMy personal advice Dnt order 36 inches........

The size and description is all fine. But the packaging is horrible. I had to order this tray twice and return and replace it 3 times. The fourth time i was forced to keep it bcz i urgently needed the tray. And it was not readily available in the local market. Every single time the tray came damaged. I ended up keeping the one with the least damage. The plastic is very brittle, can break easily. Still the tray was in just one cardboard box of the same size with no foam protection on the edges or anything. Hence the damage.Doesn’t deserve to be paid 999 for this shoddy product.
