I was planning to return the battery pack due to it's faulty USB charging port but the stellar customer services dept of REDSHINEEU sent a replacement just two days after I posted my first review in which I expressed my disappoint with the product.So far I am very happy with the replacement, it's thin, lightweight and perfect for charging phone whilst carrying it attached to phone. My only slight reservation is that it charges a little slowly inspite of its 2A port but thats not a big issue. As for capacity, I get about two full charges for a 3200 mAh phone battery which is good enough for me.

Bought two but both didn’t work as expected. The USB ports appear to be loose hence was not effectively charging the phones. Will not recommend it.

Arrived quick as i am traveling and needed urgently. This charger is well made and slim as compare to others in market. look like an other mobile when holding, very convenient to use.

its Stopped working shows Charged but not charging my phone was working ok but I’ve tried several usbs nothing

Not very impressed with how many charges this holds. It should hold enough to charge my phone over 3 times but in actual fact it barely does 2.

Rubbish product, just plain Chinese junk, didn't work from first minute, i have amazon prime but they wanted money for return was very disappointed wouldn't recommend even for free coz this is meant for use when on the go without battery so i guess you dont want to be stuck with a battery pack that doesn't work

Piccolino ed elegante, più sottile dei soliti power Bank. Quando è carico al massimo sembra poter reggere la carica veloce. Quando la batteria del power Bank si scarica aumenta anche il tempo di ricarica fino a diventare quasi un "mantenitore" di carica facendo in modo che la percentuale non scenda ma allo stesso tempo che non si alzi a meno che il telefono non venga usato in quel periodo

4 estrellas por su empaquetado, muy bien, buna calidad, viene con una bolsita de terciopelo beix muuuy agradable al tacto.Funciona bien de momento, me gustaria hacerle alguna prueba de si realmente tiene esos 8000mAh de capacidad pero no se como.La unica pega por decir seria que no se apagan los leds mientras carga...

Batterie externe reçu très rapidement comme toujours avec Amazon, l'emballage est de qualité, c'est déjà une bonne chose.Une petite pochette de transport et un câble mini usb sont fournis, c'est parfait. La finition est très propre, la batterie est déjà chargé à réception.Pour le moment rien à signalé, reconnu sans problème pour le chargement de mon iPhone X.La batterie est ultra fine, plus que mon iPhone X. Les dimensions sont environs celle d'un iPhone 7. Très joli design.Pour les capacité de la batterie j'attend de voir avoir plusieurs charges. En espérant conserver mes 5 étoiles pour cette achat, pour le moment aucun regret.

Mi dispiace dover lasciare una recensione negativa ma, al contrario di quanto dichiarato, NON supporta la ricarica rapida, né col cavo in dotazione nella confezione né col cavo originale, nel mio caso, Samsung (S8). Sull'estetica e sulla qualità dei materiali nulla da dire. Non faccio il reso unicamente perché lo ha voluto un mio amico e l'ho dato a lui.
