Just buy it you’ll be happy
I absolutely love this thing. It works amazing. I use the heat for skin contact and I believe that’s how it’s meant to be used. I apply it to my lower back area. I have two herniated disc sciatica and Ubago from my L1 to my L5. I wake up with pain and I go to sleep in pain every single day for the last couple years. I swear I tell you this thing helps alleviate a lot of pain and a lot of pressure that I get. I use it myself when I’m at work and I need to alleviate some pain. This thing comes in handy. There’s six different levels to it. Each one has its own ups and downs pros and cons. Just get used to find your little sweet spot and you’re good to go. Honestly, I only use the heat, but I’m starting to consider using maybe the other Heads on it because they do look decently well-made. Anyways, by the damn thing it’s a good purchase.

It really works
I was doubtful this would really help my sore neck and back, I've tried others in the past along with shiatsu massage, but my husband's physical therapist recommended it. Works well. Didn't take long to charge. Avoid hitting a bone, that feels weird, but the deep tissue massage is great and easy to use on your own neck and back. Nice carrying case.

Awesome for the money
I have not used a lot of these before. This is the first brand I bought, but I love it. I’m a bigger guy and it works really well.

**Update
I bought this gun May 25, 2024 and it no longer works as of September. I was already dissatisfied with how long a charge lasted, but it is still in perfect physical condition and no longer takes or holds a charge. Would not even come on. The customer service with this company is top notch. I received a replacement for my device and it came very quickly. What I have noticed already is that the replacement gun has a much longer charge life so maybe the first one was defective. I will keep using it and update in a few months, but i would work with them based on the customer service alone!

Wonderful massage gun
This massage gun is wonderful!! It’s very easy to use, I thought it was gonna be bigger, but it’s actually small so it feels good in your hand. All the attachments are perfect, but my personal favorite is the thermacool, it feels hot when you use it like that and feels pretty cold when you use the other mode. 100% recommend it.

Great for sore muscles !
Got this more for my back but works wonders on other areas. I also have plantar fascists. Great way to ease the pain in my heels and ligaments. Regardless if you're on your feet all day, or sit all day in the office this tool is a great way to lossen those sore muscles. Highly recommend for every day use. The chwrge last a while, has different tips to use. Glad I bought it

Good Value
This device seems like a good value for the money spent. The unit seems solid and comes with several attachments in a sturdy case. Incudes a USB charging cable. I like that better than the old bulky converter charger. There is no charging cube to plug into 110 so you’ll have to use the one off your phone

Weak and disappointing...
I have alot of experience with using massagers and massage guns to help manage a chronic pain disorder I've dealt with for most of my life. Having a reliable and effective massager often dictates how long it'll take me to get out of bed in the morning, and how much I can accomplish throughout the day. Because I need to take breaks and massage myself.I will admit that it does seem to be well built. Way too many times have I purchased one of these guns and they feel smooth at first, but whatever cheap material is used to dampen the vibrations ends up wearing out, and a few weeks or a few months later, the massager becomes noisy, rough, uncomfortable and looses much of their therapeutic effectiveness. So far this Renpho massager has remained very smooth. And ive put it through its paces! However, a 10mm amplitude isn't nearly sufficient to get deep in the muscles to relieve pain and tension, or loosen up knots and stiffness. Feels like it barely penetrates my muscles at all. For minor aches, this might help you. But for serious soreness, stiffness, knots and tension, forget it..I find that somewhere between 12mm and 16mm amplitude to be the sweet spot for a good, deep, effective massage that doesn't feel brutal. It's kinda wild how much of a difference only a few millimeters makes. Also, one of the photos claims it has a 150w brushless motor, which simply isn't true. The instruction manual says it's a 25w brushless motor and with how weak it feels, that would have been my guess. The major Achilles heel of this massager is the battery life! Its ATROCIOUS! They claim it has a 2500mAH battery and yet somehow this little thing burns through its battery very fast! Even on lower speeds. Id give the battery life a 2 out of 5.I own a more powerful Renpho massager, the R3, which I'll be writing a separate review for, but that model has a 35w motor if I remember correctly (even though the photo claims 100w), and the same 2500mAH capacity and yet this little massager burns through its battery just as fast as the R3, which I find very unusual.I regret missing the return window on this massager, because im pretty disappointed with them and they just don't provide the help I need daily. Will probably give them to a friend who exercises but doesn't deal with chronic widespread pain and stiffness like mine.If Renpho improves the battery life and their transparency about their massagers, they might have a really solid product here, but as they are now they just don't hit the mark for me.The only reason I'm giving it a 3* is because im impressed with how smooth it's remained while I've used it. Ill give credit where credit is due, because MANY other massagers, including more expensive, big name brand ones on the market have failed at making reliable, long lasting dampening in their massage guns. Im looking at you Hypervolt...
