It’s protected my phone very well. (Seeing as I drop it alot)

Not very happy at all. Specifications say it’s shock proof!Yet when someone knocked my phone out of my hand while out. My phone is only 4 months old!The back of my iPhone 12 has shattered. It hit the till counter I was stood at. ( the man was drunk n being abusive to staff had to be removed)According to your specifications of the case my phone should have had enough protection yet my phone now has to go into be repaired.I wouldn’t recommend this product at all! I wish I had paid for a reliable case off my phone provider at least my phone would still be intact.Please see photo of the bad damage to my phone, I can’t take it out of the case as bits will fall out.I have now got to spend money I can’t afford to pay to get my phone fixed.I have severe medical issues and need a phone on me at all times to be able to contact my carer.
