This was a Vine item, so I only got the glutathione part of this product - which, to be honest, it all I wanted as I get too many other supplements that for some reason want to add B in forcing me to do math and figure out how badly it would interfere with my multivitamin.I encourage everyone to do their due diligence before starting glutathione. It is the super anti-oxidant by a large factor. The liver and lungs gobble it up as they do the bulk of metabolic processes creating the oxidants in the first place. But cancer also loves glutathione and for the same reason - it doesn't like oxidants, either because it interferes with its growth process. So talk to your doc.For me, I'm of an age so get certain cancer scans every year *and* I take dandelion root.The other main issue with glutathione is that it doesn't survive the stomach - like NAC and NAD, it has to be altered to survive. The most bio-available forms are infusions which involve doctors, under the tongue and...drumroll...skin patches like this one.I put it on about ten at night, because I'm an early riser and I'm good. I do suggest you get in contact with the seller before purchasing as their product page does a terrible job of listing the ingredients as in, not at all. I mainly got these because of the melatonin patches, I have a bit of an issue falling asleep at night and have never tried a patch,so it intrigued me to try it out, the melatonin patch actually worked fairly well and could feel a difference, good adhesion, didn't come loose or irritate my skin, I felt rested, as for the magnesium patches I really have no opinion on those since I wasn't interested in using them.

Supplements in the form of skin patches is an interesting concept. These are easy to use and apply to the skin, you do not have to deal with nasty taste or smell that some supplements have or that are hard to swallow. You do not to worry about taking unnecessary fillers and additives that are added in the supplements. These patches enter into the bloodstream via skin rather than typical supplements that goes through digestive system and sometimes cause stomach issues or simply loose the effectiveness due to how they react with stomach acid or pass through the digestive system.These skin patches seems very promising if they are working as advertised. But I am not very confident seeing the supplement details on the package, the percentage of various nutrients just doesn't make sense to me.These patches have not caused any irritation or rash or any other side effects. They are easy to apply and remove( just try to avoid hairy areas). They stay put nicely for extended periods of time. I am continuing to use these patches and will see if they worked on my next bloodwork.

SO easy to put on and they do not bother me at all.Even keep on too long until morning shower and not bothered at all and get my daily collagen.

Was a little skeptical at first. Using a patch for absorption, rather than taking it orally. Good alternative, so far pleased with results. Last a long time. Still testing them out. I got the two patches, and the vitamin B12 patch. So far pleased, still evaluating. But, highly recommend looking at these patches in lieu of taking vitamins by mouth. Shortly after putting on this product my skin started to itch and have a burning sensation. It said you could wear up to 8 hrs. There is no way I had to take them off and I still have red marks the next day. You also cannot return so be careful of this product. I bought quite a few and now I’m stuck.
