It is very good product. Best sound quality. Good battery back up. Best thing is that there is No need to put them in ears.

Update: I received the replacement and within two weeks the replacement also started giving me the same issue. The sound was tin-ee, the mic wouldn't pick up my voice. Since it was still under warranty I contacted the company only to be told once again I have to pay for the courier to return the defective replacement. They were unwilling to own up that they sent me a defective replacement and I was unwilling to spend again for courier charges. Hence the story end here. In the end I was disappointed by the quality of the product and will recommend others stay away from any product from this company. In its place I bought another set of open ear pods. Not from Moonwalk. Original Review: The headphones are good. Sound quality is excellent. Be aware that at loud volumes there is sound leakage as expected from any bone conduction headset. The quality of sound picked up by the mic is acceptable but can be improved. E. G., at times people can't hear me clearly, at other times the person at the other end of the call has told me that the background sounds are louder than I am. I did have an issue after 10 months. However, the service was excellent and they provided me all the information to make a warranty claim. What i didn't like is having to send the defective product back at my cost and time. However, after confirming the product had a technical issue the replacement was sent immediately. Overall an good product for the price range.

really good product at this price, i wanted to experience bone conduction earphones and these have not disappointed me. you never expect good audio quality from bone conduction earphone, i use it in public places or taking calls at home when i also want to be aware of surroundings and these earphone fulfill that really well.

The product works well for those who have ear problems or discomfort using in-ear or over-ear buds or earphones. The sound is loud enough to be heard even on a busy road, and music listening quality is good. For calls, however, the performance is poor—other people have trouble understanding what is said during calls. For watching videos on the phone and listening to music occasionally, these earphones solve my purpose. Bluetooth connectivity is strong and they connect instantly without any issues. The device is lightweight, so comfortable that sometimes I forget I am wearing it. If your priority is entertainment and comfortable wear rather than calling, this is a suitable option.

Nice product but plastic is really hard and is uncomfortable for long hours of usage. If the material used was soft this would be perfect. Sound quality is good but mic would need a lot of improvement.

Update: Broke under a year but since I already claimed warranty for it for the foam that came out within few weeks I can't claim it anymore. It is a chinese cheap device, plain and simple. Be ready to try and fix it up yourself if things happen and with the reasons below, you're fine to go. Don't buy it. Reasons below: "Bone conduction earphones are not ear health friendly. Weird Ear, mouth jaw pain after just using for an hour" Expectation vs Reality These would be silent vs They make enough sound that other people in the vicinity can hear it. Hear your sorrounding. vs yeah, all I hear are sorrounding because the volume on it is too low. Pressure-free? vs Not physical pressure on the ears but still a pressure on the inner ear. Most irritating things to wear for a long time. Premium sound quality? vs Shouldn't even be advertised. Bone conduction don't sound good. I will be able to listen to audiobooks while cycling. vs Sound too low and traffic sounds too high, somemtimems even the bike's own sound is too much. For Ear Health? vs Nopes, too irritating even after listetning for one hour. Will be better than headphones for longer usage vs Over ear headphones made primarily for comfort better like the Constant Lower Volumes: Android likes to lower earphone volumes on it's own. These headphones don't sound well under 80% volume which Android enforces and outside you have to keep changing volumes. Build: Cheap as expected at this price point. Already the ear cap rubber came out under a month due to sweat. Bluetooth LATENCY IS HORRIBLE. -500ms
