X_INFX is for infections such as ear, sinus, tooth etc. And contains more herbs (i love the infection one though there is some marked drowsiness) this product contains only two ingredients and This is for your immune system during allergies caused by overactive immune. Many allergies are due to the immune over responding. Hope this helps.
