No side effects
The underside of the cap was a little dirty, like the glue seeped through. But otherwise the contents looked OK. I'm actually a little suspicious of this brand, being the first time I've tried them. Previous brands of the same dosage have left me feeling absolutely awful (fever, chills, muscle spasms, headache), presuming senescent cells were being cleared (killed). With this brand--no symptoms at all...so either it's not as potent, or I somehow miraculously have no senescent cells to clear. Sure would be nice if the FDA audited supplement makers.

Derived from rhus species
First dose gave me a bad allergic reaction requiring medicine. Consider the species that are in the rhus genus.

Makes me feel good
I love the healthy affect they provide. Pill size is good and easy to swallow no nasty taste. Since I have started taking them I feel more active.

Seems okay to me
Well, I didn't really notice any huge difference in the way that I felt, necessarily, from taking this particular supplement. But the research that I read seemed to indicate that fisetin shows quite a bit of promise in its anti-aging properties. I guess that we'll see in a few decades if I live longer or not. (Though, even if I do, who's to say it's due to me taking some fisetin supplements, or if it's just that I inherited my grandmother's genes for longevity... or, perhaps, a bit of both?) Nevertheless, this supplement didn't seem to cause me any negative or undesirable side-effects. So that's a good thing!

I am a little concerned about the amounts
It seems to show very high amounts of the compound in it, which is extremely high for daily dose but it is fine if you take it only two times or so a month. But then it doesn't seem like that amount is present in the capsules. It's really hard to tell because they are liposomal but they don't seem to work like the powder versions of the same thing. So it makes me question if it actually shows the real amounts for each compound. That said, They seem to be pretty easy to swallow and they gave my mom some energy and even helped her sleep a little better. So overall that might be a good value for your money But I can't say that it is the best quality.

Healthy aging
I take fisetin as part of my healthy aging regimen. I like how this supplement also has resveratrol and TMG so I don't need to take those separately. The only thing missing is NMN because unfortunately it can't be sold here on Amazon. TMG and NMN work great together and they're important for someone like me in their late 30s. I take 2 of these liposomal capsules daily and the bottle lasts me for a month.

High dose of fisetin
This product contains Fisetin plus other supplements that are part of my anti-aging supplement routine. In the past I have taken Fisetin as an individual capsule and in doses between 100-500 mg per day. These capsules contain 1000 mg per dose which is quite high so I am not sure why they tell you to take two. The other things included in this are bromelain which is an anti-inflamatory, quercetin and resveratrol which are excellent antioxidants, TMG, which is good to take if you take an NAD booster to prevent myelation issues and also zinc, COQ10 and turmeric. This sounds like a great combination of healthy anti-aging supplements. I like that it has liposomal fisetin for better absorption and I like the inclusion of quercetin and resveratrol but there are a few issues I have with this product: First, as I mentioned Fisetin 2000 mg per day is higher than usually recommended. Second they include 30 mg of zinc in two capsules. That is too much zinc to be taken without copper. (Please look up the effects of zinc without copper; especially since zinc is often included in small doses in other supplements). The other thing that I don't like is that there is no indication that the company follows GMP standards. I tried to look up the NICMIN company and I couldn't find anything about them. Most supplements will have a website on the bottle or on the Amazon page.
