beauty fuel supplement
I've been taking these for a while and think they really help my skin and hair. my skin is plumper and I think this is due to the collagen. I also take collagen in this brand to support the discs in my back, so these tablets help my skin and my back. I think looking after your skin from the inside is as important as looking after it from the outside, hence I like to take a supplement to help me fight off middle age! I generally keep my nails short as before they've always split, but I'm going to try growing them a bit and see if these help. The tablets are easy to swallow and not huge, and I haven't had any adverse reactions.

Brilliant buy for me, thank you Urban Fuel
I purchased these for the reasons a lot of us do, nice hair, nice skin, long nails and hope it works, I have reviewed this after only a week of taking them and I will update as the weeks go by, the reason for this is ~~ already I have noticed that my hair has stopped breaking after lots and lots of colouring nd my skin feels a bit better, nothing on the nails yet but it's really early, the most beneficial thing I have found is ~~I suffer from really itchy skin under my armpits and my scalp and its stopped itching, I can't believe it, ( hence the early review) will keep you all updated how I go on with these, brilliant buy for me

Great product
I bought this product when my usual brand was unavailable. I have to say that my nails are stronger than ever, and I have them fairly long. A beautician friend of mine said she had never seen nails in such good condition. My hair has been thinning for some time, but this seems to have lessened since taking these. I also have less break outs on my skin. I am glad my usual brand was not available as I will be buying these from now on.

Really works
Excellent product this product has helped my hair grow as well as some regrowth for thicker hair and strengthened it too only wish now that I had took a befor and after picture and as for my nails they have been growing in faster and stronger. I will definitely be purchasing more for sure.
