Vive Le Color! Japan (Coloring Book): Color In; De-Stress (72 Tear-Out Pages) Paperback – Coloring Book, 19 Aug. 2015

Bought this for my mum for Christmas this year, but it's so nice I want it for myself! I love the designs in there and it is a real mixture! Nice thick paper so as not to colour through the pages, also as you can pull out the pages I think it makes it even better. I think she will be very pleased. Not cheap, but very good quality.

Bought a second copy as many of the images are well-worth tackling in more than one colour combination, although equally others of little interest to me.If it's still available I'll be purchasing more copies.

Is a lot smaller than you think

Small square book but with SO many images to colour. I must admit to finding the fine grey lines difficult to colour but as i get into a piece i find i use two of the lines and no one is any the wiser. Excellent paper quality

Drawings are not too 'busy' and printed on good quality paper. Smaller format than usual for a colouring book, and a hard cover. The designs could be copied for any upcycling project as well. Good buy.

Unless you have VERY good eyesight, don't buy this book! I found it to be a waste of money as the illustrations were so small, it wasn't worth my time straining my eyes to see the tiny flowers.

Absolutely beautiful book. I have several, and this is one of my favourites. Very good quality printing and paper thickness.Pictures on one side only, and easily removed for colouring. Lovely Japanese themed pictures. Stunning.

Wonderful

I love it! You can tear out the pages easily and it's easy to color with felts if you want since the pages are one sided and very thick you don't have to worry about bleeding. The pages are about half the size of a normal colouring book but it has double the amount of pages in it so it makes up for it in quantity and the patterns are beautiful. I'd recommend gel pens or fine tip felts since the patterns are a bit small and detailed for crayons or dull pencil crayons

Das Büchlein ist an sich sehr schön, zwei Dinge gefallen mir aber nicht:- einige Bilder sind mehrfach enthalten- eigentlich wollte ich die Bilder mit Fineliner ausmalen. Leider läuft die Farbe auf dem Papier ein wenig aus, so dass der Eindruck entsteht, man hätte unsauber gemalt.Ich bin jetzt zu Buntstiften übergegangen, das funktioniert prima. Damit lassen sich wunderschöne Farbverläufe zeichnen, ist also eigentlich kein Verlust ;ODAuf dem Foto sieht man rechts zwei kleine Versuche mit Fineliner.

Really pretty pictures to color. Drawings have very fine lines. I prefer slightly thicker lines. There is a good variety of picture detail, but because of the very fine lines in most drawings, you'll need to consistently use fine and precise drawing skills. This is a smaller book, approx 6" square and about 1/2" thick. Pages are thick, do not bleed and are stark white. The pages are not perforated, but it is bound in a legal pad like format so the pages easily pull out singularly. I really like this book, but it is challenging to make the pictures look nice with such fine lines. I have used gel pens twice and the end result has been a bit messy and blurry. I will try pencils next.

Un libro da disegnare per rilassarsi fatto con pagine strappabili. Più piccolo di quanto mi aspettassi ha comunque molti disegni, alcuni dei quali molto belli.

Beautiful designs. Book has been constructed so each page is separate from the rest making it easy to colour the whole picture. Perfect size to take anywhere. Great value for money.
