This roller coming with the box is the top quality. The pain level is managable and I am seeing new hair growth in my forehead after using this product. I ordered the 25mm microneedle roller, I think adding it to my skin care routine was helpful, don't expect immediate results it's beneficial long-term, not much skin irritation just pink skin where you roll it a bunch, if you're doing it on your scalp you don't have anything to worry about.
