I was apprehensive to purchase this set because of the reviews. This swim tail set is great!!! The tail is beautiful and does not look cheap like I saw in some reviews. The tail and swim suit are made out of regular swim suit material it is stretchy and fit just like promised. My grandbaby plays with it everyday, for dress up and in our big tub, and she plays hard! It is durable, we have had no problems with it and it is super cute. This set does not come with a monofin for swimming but that is why it is such a great price! I will be purchasing a larger size as my grandbaby grows because she will love this set for a long time!!! I choose a 3-4T and the fit was perfect, it is a little long but the waist band rolls right up giving the perfect fit for our 4 year old

Fits well and matches the photo, quality of the fabric is on the flimsy side, exactly what you'd expect for the price. The bikini bottom is definitely better quality than the top which is not very adjustable. Overall I'm happy with this and the tail can actually be made into a little skirt if you open the side zipper and tuck the tail into the waist band which is a cute look. Fit a 55 pound 7yo who's on the tall side and slender.

This has lasted for a couple of years, she’s travels with it from the family pool. To her uncles pool and the beach even to the mountains. Nothing can thrill a little girl more.

My daughter looked like a real mermaid in this swimsuit. I did not use the head piece that came it’s it because it did not match. It was yellow.This swimsuit came just in time for her party. The tail part actually has 2 pants legs to make it easier for the child to walk. My daughter did not want to take it off. I washed it without any problems too.

This tail is pretty esthetically speaking. But I would not recommend it for swimming. The fluke area (or the area where the feet go), is too small to to fit the smallest standard size children's monofin. So swimming would be challenging and risks of drowning are high because the fabric would cause a drag without a proper swim fin inserted and could bind the child's feet. (I'm attaching a photo of the size comparison of two standard size, regulated children's monofins with the tail) BUT for a land costume, to use dry- for photos, a tea party or just to play dress up... then this tail is a great costume piece. And the addition of the headband is a nice little extra touch.**OVERALL- its cute and pretty. The material is ok- it's not performance material but not terribly cheap material either. It's simply sewn together. Nothing reinforced so I expect to have to mend it often. And in my opinion not safe for use in water for swimming but perfect for dress up or photo memories.

My 6 yr old loved this set. It is a lot bigger on her than I expected but that is ok this is basically for looks and lounging by the pool. I would not recommend wearing in the pool like with a fine attachments inside. For the reason that the fine attachment you may purchase might be heavy and the fabric for the mermaid fin is rather thin. I would expect Either way my daughter loves it.

My daughter LOVES this! Vibrant colors & silky soft, stretchy material! It fits her perfect. Definitely true to size. I purchased another one in a different color too because this is such a good deal!

No incluyó la diadema y nada que ver con la imagen, tanto el bañador como el disfraz de cola tela de baja calidad, pareciera que lo reenviaron de alguna devolución venía mal doblado, mal servicio y producto.
