I have really been enjoying the Day One Electro gummies. I have a hard time keeping myself hydrated so I was looking for something to supplement my water intake. I found these while searching Amazon and I am so glad that I did! These taste absolutely delicious. I have tried the watermelon, blue raspberry and fruit punch flavors and all three of them are delicious. They taste like a normal gummy candy that I would choose to eat as a treat for myself. Taste is very important to me because if I don't enjoy the way something tastes I'm not going to eat it so these tasting so amazing are a huge plus. These are also soft, easy to chew and easy to swallow. More importantly these do a fantastic job of supplementing my water intake and keeping me hydrated everyday. I have searched other hydration supplements and none of them are as effective as these. These have five different electrolytes, only one gram of sugar and only sixteen calories per serving. I take three of these every single morning and I can tell a huge difference in how I feel compared to how I felt before I added these to my hydration routine. I feel much more hydrated and I have more energy and strength than I did before. If you're looking for a way to supplement your water intake and stay hydrated then you should definitely give these a try

I have purchased this brand 3 different times. The watermelon sour was amazing so I tried the blue gummies. Twice the product came to me in a defective manner. Both times they were wet, disintegrating, gooey, and completely gross. It really is upsetting as they were tasty and really helped my hydration. Sadly, I will not be buying this product again.

These are really tasty! And I do get a nice burst of energy. If you like energy drinks - you will recognize the flavor similarity.

A little on the sour side, but taste great. They work.

While I liked another flavor, this Fruit Punch is not great. I’ll purchase the product again, just not this flavor.

I purchased these for travel so I would stay hydrated and hopefully be less tired. They are very sour and the salt flavor is overpowering. I can't return them, but will definitely cancel my subscription.
