I love mascara cover girl, I always used black color but since I am blond decided to try brown, and I really like it, in the photo I wanted to show the difference between black and brown, the difference is not great at all, but I am satisfied.

I like this mascara. It goes on smoothly, with no clumping. It looks best with two coats. It lasts well and is waterproof. You need makeup remover to take it off. You can swim with it on. It’s a good match for my hair coloring. A good purchase, all in all.

WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME UNTIL NOW THAT BROWN MASCARA LOOKS BETTER ON BLONDES?? I have been using black mascara all my life but when my last tube ran out, I decided to switch it up. I saw a tiktok of a blonde using brown mascara so I decided to give it a try. It looks SO MUCH BETTER. I like the applicator as it seems to really coat and separate my lashes. Only downside I found (reason for the one star off) is that it doesn’t seem to be very waterproof. I wore it to the gym one day and ended up with some minor raccoon eyes going on.

After returning to Great Lash for a bit, I kept noticing consistent smudging and racoon eyes appearing after all day wear. I searched for a smudge proof mascara in the search bar and this one appeared. I'm glad I went with it. I won't wear waterproof as a general rule, as I find it too difficult to fully remove, but this mascara, despite not being waterproof, has great wear and I don't find too much difficulty removing it fully. Dark brown colors are harder to find at most retailers (most carry black SKUs) so happy to find this here.

Needs to accentuate lashes more. Wimpy

This mascara was listed as a waterproof mascara, and on the package it says "removes easily with soap and water." I'm returning it.

I've tried many, many mascara products over the years, from the high end/high price brands to multiple drug store brands. I keep going back to this one. It does not smudge, flake or smear AND it does wash off easily. I wear contacts so non irritating is important factor as well. Every time I try something new and go back, I wonder why did I ever thought about switching.

I've found it difficult to find brownish mascara of any brand (I have white blonde hair and black mascara is too harsh plus when I'm golfing and sweating it needs to stay put ;-)I got desperate to find a brown colour so decided to try "Covergirl Professional Remarkable Mascara" in brownish black.Wow what a great mascara!!It goes on so smoothly and doesn't clump, plus it DOES stay on until you easily take it off with a little water on a cotton pad.Regardless of what colour you choose, this mascara is a real winner!
