Have been taking this for 3 months and have not noticed any change. This is an expensive supplement - was hoping for the best, but nothing noticeable, I also workout, drink lots of water and very healthy. Hope this helps you, unfortunately it did not help me.

I had heard a lot of good things about this product. Unfortunately even the pygeum in this blend torpedoed my libido and overall energy level. Going to have to settle for individual supplements. Otherwise, great packaging, and easy to swallow.
