I know it is a good thing when supplements are well-sealed. However, this was sealed so tight that both my college-aged son and I had a hard time getting it open. My husband finally got the lid off-yay! Maybe it was just my bottle but thought it worth mentioning. Mine is very fresh and doesn't expire until May 2026. This product states on the bottle that it is made in the USA. The capsules are standard in size and easy to swallow. I like that it is just the main ingredients with no added fillers in a capsule. This product is made from guava and tulsi and has just a bit of an herbal smell to it but that is all.I hope you find my review helpful.

I have been super sensitive to B Vitamins and it’s been a total bummer because I am depleted and my energy is really bad. Not to mention it’s very unhealthy to go on like that. Anyway, I ran across these seeing that they were from food sources and they really helped me and no reaction. I appreciate it. I only take one instead of two.
