This is a really cool little knife. It comes very sharp straight out of the box, looks cool, actually feels very solid in the hand. The Speed Safe assisted opening device is a little tight, but with a flick of the wrist when actuation the flipper, the knife pops right open and locks well. Most knives that open stiff straight out of the box tend to relax over time with use so don't let this be a determining factor when considering to purchase this little guy. I recommend this if you're looking for a small quality pocket knife.Update: 06/09/2016This little guy is really sharp, straight out of the box! I had to cut some rope with it the other day (3/8 inch nylon) and slipped right through it like a hot knife through butter. I have found that the speed safe mechanism tends to become smoother with use, without making any adjustments. I was also able to move the clip from one side to the other without any issues. Used a dab of loctite to keep the screws in place and good to go. This knife is a great addition to anyone's pocket. Still highly recommend this knife.

I'm a fan of Kershaw knives and this is no exception, a nice design using all metal construction all at an affordable price.Blade was however not centered and needed to adjust the torx screw which I could fix without an actual tool ( I don't possess torx set) by clamping one side and twisting my thumb clockwise.

I have been carrying a pocket knife for decades and have tried several knives. Recently, I found out that if the carry a knife on public school grounds, the blade has to be under 2.5" in some states.This fits the requirement but is still large enough to hold and use. The blade is not some wonder steel but it gets sharp and can hold an edge. This steel is also easy to sharpen when the time comes.I like the shape of the blade and the pocket clip hangs on to may pants well. No worries about losing it.Overall, I plan to use this knife as my main EDC and it is reasonably priced.

Habe mir das Messer bei eknives gekauft. Mein erster Eindruck nach dem Öffnen war eher enttäuschend... der zweite auch😐. Das Messer kam leicht verschmutzt an. Es wirkt auf mich als ob es schon einen Vorbesitzer hatte, und aus einer Retoursendung stammt, da es Abnutzungserscheinungen um den Verschluss aufweist. Um den Framelock herum ist nicht sauber verarbeitet worden. Etwas scharfkantig. Die Klinge war dezentriert und nicht besonders scharf. Der Clip ist okay. Der Öffnungsmechanismus funktioniert gut. Ich habe 36€ bezahlt, eine Rechnung lag über 30€ bei. Vonwegen kostenloser Versand....weiß nicht was ich davon halten soll.

Very hard to find a quality pocket knife that is 2.5 inches or less. It’s a requirement on military bases and federal buildings that allow a pocket knife that it be no larger than 2.5 inches. This one fits the bill.They are always a little stiff out of the box, I just keep cycling it while watching TV and before you know it it’s smooth as silk and you build up muscle memory to operate it without thinking.It’s sharp out of the box, holds an edge well, and I’m really hard in my knives. It works easily with one hand if you are on a ladder. Keep it clean and it’ll be ready to slice up food for the kiddies, when all they have is plastic silverware.
