I read another review about them using their drill. It’s a time saver! Probably would have taken several more hours and ALOT of sweating and torn knuckles using the piddly Allen wrench included! I got a Hex set also on Amazon. I have put together several other furniture pieces without it. Trust me! Use a drill. The table assembly was a bit challenging, 2 screws would not completely fit but it didn’t affect the integrity of it. The ottoman went together in minutes. The sofa took me 2 hours though I had to take frequent breaks due to my old back. I’m a 64 YO woman who is quite handy and I was able to do it myself. Like the instructions say do not tighten until it is all put together. This may be how some are having issues with holes not lining up. Overall I’m very pleased. It’s a bit bigger than I thought, but I bought this mainly because I wanted the thicker cushions. They are 4”. The cushions fit snugly on the sofa so they really don’t slide around as I’ve read elsewhere. I would have paid $10 extra to have the cushion covers already put on. That was the biggest pain lol. Finally. They said delivery would be Feb. 1-5. I got one box on the 30th and the other on the 31st. It’s a nice piece for the price.

Fussy to assemble with the tools provided but much easier if you have your own. Solid and sturdy. Cushions are thick and comfortable. Well worth the price. Was in stock and received it in two days. Took 2.5 hrs to assemble.

I definitely did my research before purchasing this outdoor couch with a small budget and so far so good! The cushions are thick and comfortable and the material seems waterproof. I put it together by myself and it was pretty easy. The shipment comes in two boxes and the first one was just the table and ottoman which I put together right away but wished I had waited because the ratchet tool you get with the couch was wayyyy easier than using the allen wrench that comes with the ottoman and table. Love that it comes with covers, although thin, they do the job!

I received this set a week ago. Assembled it by myself in about 4 hours plus a few breaks. I’m older lol. It is very sturdy and comfortable the cushion seats are very comfortable - the cushion backs could use a bit more padding. I have had so many compliments on the set. Yesterday we had about an inch of rain. This morning I removed the cover and one end of the sofa had water seep thru to the cushion in a couple places - not at the site of the seam. I will purchase a better cover to protect the set. Overall I am very happy with this set and I see many years of use.

Except for the boxes Coming at two different times delivery was fine. We had somebody put it together for us and he did it perfect and now we have this beautiful cozy porch. It fits perfect and we love it.
