Quality First Aid Kit
The Be Smart Get Prepared OSHA/ANSI First Aid Kit - 50 Person, 250 Pieces kit was a purchase made to keep a first aid kit in our travel vehicle. It is a good kit that contains almost everything needed when out and about exploring the world. It is easy to access, easy to use, and it is organized well. I added a few extras for my grandkids too.

Good kit
Haven't had to use it yet but went through it upon arrival and appears to be well stocked. Full of everyday essentials especially if you're working in a laborer or hands on job setting. Will buy another to have at home and in the vehicle.

More options, less user friendly.
This kit offers decent value for the money, and has a greater variety of tools than most others, yet still remains portable. However, the box it's self is not as durable as I had hoped [especially the catches] and the lack of a waterproof instruction booklet with pictures or comprehensive instructions on the packages is worrying. I also find my self missing the ability to easily separate similar feeling items, and wish that tactile identification had been considered for use in dark situations or when the eyes are irritated. I really like the variety here, and the quality seems to be good over all though I've not used many of the tools inside yet, however I would have preferred fewer band-aids and more medical pads and tape, or less flimsy scissors. Not a bad little kit over all, it definitely makes me feel like I could tackle most minor to moderate situations if needed, but it's still not what I would call comprehensive and definitely not built with more serious injuries in mind, which is fine.

I've bought two for my cars
Well stocked with emergency items. Sturdy case won't be crushed in the car. Well organized interior so you can find stuff easily and when you are under stress. Nice lid locking mechanism with an option for attaching a small u-lock or similar to ensure it stays closed (but I don't think this is necessary under normal circumstances.) Very happy with this item. Please note it is goo big and rigid for carrying in a backpack for hiking (for example).

Good and portable
I cut the ever loving f*** out of my thumb probably should have gone to the hospital but only using this thing and staying calm I was able to deal with it on my own probably going to buy a few more
