Perfect for anyone who struggles to meet their daily calories or if you have IBS and cannot find food that doesnt cause pain/bloating in the stomach. 300calories/125ml Vert satisfied and the flavour is delicious.

Being chronically sick sucks, so I gotta have a little boujie moment every now and then so when I have a mocha fortisip I fill half a glass with ice cubes and then pour over the chilled fortisip. It sounds crazy but it's almost like a malty caramelised biscuit light coffee flavour, which against the ice makes it taste like malted butterscotch. It's probably the best tasting medication I've ever had, if only laxido/cosmocol tasted this wonderful.

It is delicious and satisfies the hunger but it has diarrhoea like effects after the intake. It did not agree with my 101 year old mother,nor me when I tried it.

I use fortisips because after the doctor's made me so magnesium deficient by giving me PPIs for 10 years for no reason I got so tired and ill I just stopped eating. I still don't want to eat although I do try, but I know that taking a fortisip gives me all the essentials that I need until I can get sorted out medically. I actually really like the flavour of mocha best of all - sweet but not too strong. I would be quite happy just taking fortisips instead of bothering with food but they say I can't. Pity!
