I recently received this Sprouts Farm to Table Fresh Market set for my toddler, and it has been a fantastic addition to our playtime! The 27 pieces are vibrant and engaging, featuring a great variety of fruits, vegetables, and other play food items.The quality is impressive; everything feels sturdy and safe for little hands. My child loves pretending to shop and cook, which not only keeps them entertained but also encourages imaginative play. The set is perfect for teaching about healthy foods and introduces basic counting and sorting skills.One minor downside is that some of the pieces are a bit small, so adult supervision is necessary during playtime. When my son (who is now at university) was little, just about his favourite selections of toys to play with were his pretend-foods and cooking implements. We had hours of fun creating make-believe recipes, serving (cuddly toy) customers in cafés and buying and selling items as shop keepers and customers.He’d have loved this set, the fruits and foods are very lovingly sculptured to be accurate in appearance and brightly coloured. The eggs in the egg tray are made in two pieces with a zigzag join so you can ‘crack them like a real egg’. A super little detail.The foods are made from plastic but it may have some silicone in there because they are weightier and more substantial than cheaper plastic foods and has slight softness to the surface which gives them a pleasant tactile experience.As well as a selection of fruits and veg, bread, cheese and eggs, you get a ‘wooden’ basket, a crate and a chopping board. Another thoughtful touch is that the box is made of very sturdy cardboard and when you open it, the inside of the box and lid are illustrated in bright colours to give you a market stalk to add to your role play.This will make a lovely gift for younger children; bright, colourful and giving his of creative, fun play.

This Learning Resources New Sprouts Farm to Table Fresh Market food set is brilliant and much nicer quality than I was expecting.I thought that this set was going to be made out of plastic so I was surprised to see that they are made from a mixture of plastic and that rubbery bath toy material. I like these toys as with them not being hard plastic they won't break easily but it is a shame that there are air holes in them as this makes them harder to clean. The only toys which are hard plastic in this set are the eggs and the containers etc.I love how realistic looking the toys are which really adds to the pretend play. The basket and board look great and add to the play as well as the box which appears like a little market stand.This is a brilliant toy and it will get so much play out of it. It's perfect on its own or with the other food items from the same brand, I'd definitely recommend it.

Very nice play set. Well made and good quality plastic. Feels sturdy and I think will prove durable. Bright colours but still realistic. Lots of play value here for a wide range of ages.
