The size of the capsules is much smaller than many of the multivitamins currently available, so it is easy to swallow. I noted that the quality of the capsules was excellent with all being equally filled and all in perfect condition. The ingredient list is comprehensive and I appreciate that iron is not included, while other ingredients helpful to women, such as cranberry, is included. The resulting formula is easy to digest and I had no ill effects at all. So glad to have found these vitamins.
