I’ve been using the upgraded Anker MagGo 2-in-1 Charging Station for a couple of months now, and it’s hands-down one of the best tech accessories I’ve bought recently. It looks great, works flawlessly, and has really simplified my charging setup.Right out of the box, the build quality stands out. It’s got a clean, minimal design that actually looks nice on a desk or nightstand—something I appreciate more than I expected. The magnetic connection is strong and snaps my iPhone into place with zero hassle. It holds the phone securely, even with a case on, and I’ve never had issues with it slipping or misaligning like I’ve seen with other MagSafe chargers.What I love most is how functional it is. The stand holds my phone at a perfect viewing angle, so I can still use Face ID, read messages, or watch something while it’s charging. And the added bonus is the second charging spot at the base for my AirPods. It charges both devices quickly and reliably, and I’ve found myself using it more than any of the other wireless chargers I own.It’s become a fixture on my desk. I was optimistic about this purchase and looked forward to using the MagSafe wireless charging feature. Unfortunately, this device has been a waste of money. I had problems from the beginning. It seemed to not want to charge or there was some incompatibility issue. After several attempts, it finally started working, although intermittent. It just hasn't been consistent. Now, it just doesn't work at all. I can't charge my iPhone nor my AirPods, which was the least consistent at charging. I have since bought 2 other MagSafe chargers from Anker and they haven't given me any issues. Easy enough to single out the one device in three that isn't working. Unfortunately, I may be stuck with this thing now, since I'm outside the return window. I've contacted the company for help and we'll see how that goes. I'll update my review if they offer some kind of warranty or resolution. At this point, I am unable to recommend this product.Update: I contacted Anker and they were very helpful. Since most of my charging blocks are also from Ankor, they pointed out that I might need to be aware/careful of which ports are most appropriate for this type of charger. While I don't think that was my issue, I did appreciate the effort. In order to eliminate any chance of additional inconsistencies, they sent me a replacement charging device, which works perfectly. I received it immediately and was very surprised and satisfied with the prompt response from their troubleshooting team and customer service.All said, I highly recommend this charging device and am especially happy with Ankor for their assistance and care.
