Great binder. Order waist size. True to size.
This is exactly what I was looking for after abdominal surgery. I ordered it 4 weeks post op and I wish I didn’t suffer with the binder from my doctor’s office for 4 weeks. Easy to put on and it’s comfortable to wear. I ordered the size according to waist measurement. It runs true to size. The compression is exactly what I was looking for. The support is better than the hospital binder. I have a long torso and it fits perfect without any pinching. You can adjust the tightness easily. Great for abdominal post-surgical recovery and support!
I love this binder for many reasons, and it was the smartest recovery purchase I've made! The belly binder that I came home with from the hospital (after hysterectomy and complete pelvic floor reconstruction) kept flipping up at the bottom of the abdomen. It was one long rectangle with Velcro and was more like a giant ace bandage. I needed more support to just BREATHE, so I ordered this one, and it is perfect. There is boning in the back that helps support your lower back, that's very important to recovering from an abdominal surgery. The micro velcro on this binder is wonderful, because it provides secure positioning, but it's easy for you to remove. The "hook" side of the Velcro also doesn't pill up and frazzle the "eye" side like bigger Velcro does. The two bands that are secured from the center in the back that wrap around to the front of the abdomen can be positioned according to your needs is great. You can pull it as tight as you feel you need to, and position it to offer comfortable support. The sizing is fairly spot-on, so don't order thinking that you need a larger size due to swelling. It's adjustable, so if you are within ranges of the size, get the one that you would normally wear. The stitching and construction is VERY sturdy and high-quality. For the price point, you should not pass up this product if you're looking to find a belly binder pre-surgery, or if you find yourself like me and needed something of better quality than the hospital sends you home with.

Easy to adjust!
I have bought many stomach compressors and this one by far is the most comfortable one. It has nice Velcro on it that allows you to adjust it to your size. It doesn’t fit too tight, but at the same time I think it will get the job done as far as keeping everything shaped up well. It is there enough not to be noticed under clothing. I gave it a four star rating because I have not had it long enough to see how it will hold up overtime, I think it would be fine though!

Structured support, custom fit, easy to put on solo, great for sleeping
Great for post hernia repair surgery! I had 4 hernias repaired last week: 1 umbilical, 2 femoral, 1 inguinal. In preparation for surgery, I purchased 2 different binders / waist trainers to try for pre-op and post-op. This was the winner. To be honest, the binder the hospital sent me home in is also remarkably comfortable—something I wasn't expecting after reading a lot of horror reviews of hospital-issued binders. I must've just gotten a good one! However, the one from the hospital is all elastic and one large piece, and while it is most comfortable for use during the day, it isn't as customizable, I need help putting it on, and I have found I prefer this one for sleeping in. My stats: I am 5'5", 135lbs, and fairly trim except for a slightly enlarged tummy area from a moderate to severe diastasis. I generally wear a clothing size S or 4-6, and this in the S/M is a perfect fit, plus it is very adjustable. Just FYI, this one is NOT 100% cotton like the description says. However, the back is stretchy (but boned so it doesn't roll up), while the front is not stretchy. This gives me more structured support while lying down so that I can more comfortably and confidently change sleeping positions without pain. Also, I am not really short-waisted, but this one is a bit long for sitting in. It's comfortable for standing or sleeping in, but crumples at the top (under my bra) if I try and sit in it. To be honest though, the extended length is a big part of what makes it MORE comfortable for sleeping in, so it's not necessarily a con, just something to note. PROS: • Structured in the front for greater protection of my surgical area • Divided front panel makes it easy to customize the fit and get support where I need it most • The added elasticized waist straps fine-tune the fit perfectly • I can get this one on by myself vs the hospital one that requires 4 hands. TIP: put this on lying down for the most even distribution of support. • One week post-op, I can sleep comfortably with this on and even roll over carefully as this binder prevents me from distorting my torso while rolling over. • There is a little extra strip of fabric on the inside for folding the tabs onto when not in use (it arrives this way, so just take note). This will help preserve the velcro for longer durability! CONS: • Not 100% cotton as advertised.

It's ok
This waist trainer is ok. There are no instructions so I guess maybe common sense on how to use it. It's comfortable for the most part as it does roll up. Idk if I got it too big. The support is good and you feel tucked in for the most part.

Best product 100% recommended
I started using this abdominal binder 3 days postpartum after my C-section, It provided the perfect amount of compression to support my lower abdomen and helped reduce swelling. I felt more secure and confident moving around, especially when getting in and out of bed or carrying my baby. It also made a noticeable difference in posture and helped me avoid slouching while nursing. Within a couple of weeks, I saw my belly gradually flattening, and my back pain was much more manageable. The material is soft, breathable, and didn’t irritate my incision area. If you're a new mom recovering from a C-section or even a vaginal delivery, this binder is a must-have
