I have several negative issues with this product. 1. the low/high/off button has an obvious delay in taking effect. 2. it feels & sounds cheaply & poorly put together/made. 3. In theory the design is intriguing (or I wouldn't have spent the money) but it feels clumsy to me. Hard to apply enough pressure in my back where I need it most. 4. And last for now, when on vibrate mode it is too rough for my upper back. My vision jumps all over the place as the vibration is transferred to my neck. I really wish this would have worked as I have knotted muscles in neck and back & it seemed ideal to help myself on occasion instead of relying on someone else to help me. Unfortunately, it sits gathering dust.

Terrific product for the price. All who I show this item to love it. Very simple and sturdy. The circular handle is my only issue. I can't seem to get it to stay locked to the rest of the device. However, minus the handle - it's great.

Wonderful product. You don't have to resort to contortionist positions to take care of a sore back yourself.

I really love my new massager. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have had both shoulders replaced resulting in the inability to reach over my head or around to my back. For several years now I have been using a manual pressure point Gadget I received during physical therapy to apply pressure to several areas along my spine to help relieve pain. It was made from wood and was of similar shape to this one I just bought on Amazon.When I spotted this while browsing I immediately ordered one to try. Now I am so happy that I did. It works so much faster and the relief seems to last much longer. I am also using it at the base of my skull where I tend to get a lot of tension and it's incredible how much better I feel afterwards.I highly recommend this massager for anyone who has pain which Tends to radiate from one particular spot. I guarantee you will love it!

i borrowed this from a friend--i was immediately drawn to the graceful swan shape and delightfully surprised when i turned it on. the rotating blue tip has a deep subtle vibration, it almost feels like it's sentient, aware, listening, like it knows just where to apply pressure and how much. the circle grip handle is well-designed and when i put my other hand on the silver neck i was able to rock the tip back and forth with effortless nuance. most electric massagers i've tried before have felt like car buffers. this one was a revelation! it's gentle enough to use on my face and head, deep and strong enough to use on the bottom of my feet and my glutes. epiphany = the sudden and surprising appearance of something miraculous, something from a different world. this lovely tool lives up to its name.

I like this massager a lot. It's much easier to use on myself than others I've tried... easy to get to all the right spots in my neck and shoulders and back. I like that it's light weight and that it works well even without the power... leverage and slight pressure and breath do wonders. The vibration is also great. Lower speed is mellow enough for my neck and great for my back, the stronger vibration amazing on my gluts and legs. It comes with instructions but I didn't even need them. Simple to use, right out of the box.

This epiphany massager is a little funny looking but it does exactly what it is supposed to do!! It reaches the Paraspinal muscles, the Rhomboids and the Levator scapulae perfectly. It can be used with the vibration or without. There is close to zero assembly required- you really can just pull it out of the box and use it. It also does not require a lot of effort to use. A simple push forward on the handle applies the amount of pressure that you desire.

Amazing; better than I thought it would work. I am able to relax my arms while it works on my back. This is a must have if you experience back, shoulder, or neck pain. Well worth the price. If you are looking at several products and are comparing which one to get; this would be the one to buy. Helps with sore neck and shoulders after sitting at a desk all day or after doing manual labor. Worth the price to have something like this between therapy appointments.
