An issue with the tyre
Overall, the bike is sturdy. But, the nut of the wheels gets loose after a couple of short rises inside home on tiled surface itself. My child only 11kgs and she has barely ridden this bike 4 times inside home.Is there anyway, I can connect with service agent?

Kids loved this product
I bought this one for my elder daughter birthday present and both of my daughter loved the scooter, moreover it's so easy to handle and quite safe in outer structure plus leaves no mark on any of the floor , tiles or stone tried on all types of surface.Nice play time for my kids 1 to 2 hours.

May consider look wise.
Looks very nice. Only turn off is it won't steer left and right. Literally kids would only move in straight linear direction. No left right adjustment of steering/ maneuvering. My suggestion would be to always select scooter with one Single tyre on the front portion with two tyres on the rear side. That would be the best scooter for kids.
