product was ok but the pin cushion moss was in a hundred pieces which was from bad packaging. I think they could have prevented that really. all in all decent but a little expensive for what you get.

Slowly Growing Back
This moss does perk up once you rehydrate it, but as "live moss" I would prefer not to wait for new growth. It's been a few days and it is starting to show some new growth, but it's still mostly flat from shipping. I am happy it was labled. I think it will work out well overall.

Expensive for what you get. No care directions specific to each moss type.
My first order arrived in a cracked plastic box that looked like they tried to fit it into a shipping box that was too small possibly leading to the breakage. This caused them to be dried out upon arrival. My replacement order came intact but similar to another review I also received four types of moss not identified. Unfortunately, I did not know how to care for the specific types and couldn't google it since I didn't know which one was which. One died within a couple of days and when I reached out I was told to send a pic. They responded by telling me that a specific one needed specific care. Too late to remedy it and I wasted my money. The round mound type of moss that I think is pin cushion is beautiful but hard to work with as the pieces all came apart once I tried to remove from the container. I am not sure if there is a trick to getting them to stay together. They should consider giving people some guidance with their products.
