There are lots of issues with this product. Where to start?1- The product is reversed. It claims to unlock something when the circuit is connected. The unit we received actually switches the lock on when the circuit is connected2- .There are no instructions. The seller did respond to my email immediately, and I'm sure they tried their best, but they don't know English at all and I couldn't make any sense of their response.3-I voltage checked the wires and it was 12V output, but considering everything I already said, I didn't feel comfortable risking my guest's well being by exposing them to electricity.

Well suffice to say it does not work as advertised. After fiddling with this this for two days, it will energize the 12 Volts to which I had hook up to a 12 Volt electromagnetic lock just fine. The problem is that you only have to touch one of the contact leads (one of two wires that people are supposed to connect by holding hands) for the lock to open. This totally defeats the purpose in buying the product. DO NOT BUY.
