My wife recommended we purchase an extremely costly, well advertised name brand automatic litter box. I just couldn't justify spending that kind of money, especially considering that our neurotic cat may never use the thing.I found this one on Amazon at less than half the price. Although there weren't a lot of reviews at the time, I decided to take a chance on it. If the cat couldn't stand it, then at least the financial loss wasn't too painful.We've had it for a while now and I feel comfortable enough to say that we love it! As predicted, our cat was pretty nervous about it right away. I think because she saw it go through the self clean cycle when I was testing it. I set it up right next to her existing litter box, placed her in it a few times, then scooped a piece of waste from the old litter box and put it in this one. It sat there, untouched, for weeks.I was pretty sure after weeks of not being used that my car was just never going to use it, but I persisted. Then one day I noticed it had cleaned itself. I checked the bag, and sure enough, there was waste in it. Use of the old litter box still continued with the occasional use of the new. She began using this one more and more frequently, so I finally felt comfortable taking up the old box. Success!Other than the difficulty getting my cat to learn to use it, I don't have any real complaints! It's surprisingly lightweight, easy to assemble and set up with the app, and so far it's been very clean. I haven't observed any waste sticking to the walls as it self scoops, though sometimes it won't get fully clean as waste can sort of get caught up in the scoop. If that happens, it always gets it on the next cleaning cycle.I would caution you that the litter box is very large. In spite of it's exterior size, the amount of interior space reserved for cat use is a lot smaller than one would expect. For what it's worth, our cat is an absolute chungus and she still has no issues with it. It will absolutely take up a significant amount of space wherever you place it.This was easily a 5 star purchase. Much better odor control, much easier clean up. The only regret I have is not buying one sooner!

Hi, it's a real experiment about two auto litter boxes! #1 was difficult to clean and had a problem with turning to bring old trash every time out of the plastic bag, so it was an extra mess, but it was odor control, easy access for kittens, a good application, and easy sync to the network; I returned it because of the cons! So, I found this one; when I got it, I was so excited since it is easily open and easy to clean, and it does not work all over turning and doesn't have the problem with the last trash. Still, I tried to start it; I can say syncing to the network got 3-4 hours of my time, then after syncing, it's an application from maybe ten years ago!!! It's so old without a monitoring option and getting notification of the cat entrance, at least! All in all, its application is useless! I was like, never mind, having an application is unimportant to me! So I put litter to use, and it started to work with a very loud sound! And it is hard for my kittens to access ( while it says it's ok for more than 3lb), but it is so high! Anyway, I was like ok, I put a step for my kittens, and I did; I was still trying to accept this machine cause I really needed one automatic litter. But a big problem happened! There is no odor control in this product! The trash bag is all open under the machine, and the stinky smell didn't Let me sleep all night!!!!I hope one company mixes these two machines that I have experience cause they can complement each other to be useful for consumers! By the way, I had the last machine for 3 weeks and this one for one night!!!! But it bothers me a lot! Cause even the open litter box doesn't have this much smell!! It's like you have a trash basket of cat poops with an open door all day!By the way, just one day! And I can't bear with it!I give it two more days to see what happen by the company support they have any solution or not and put the update! So far, I don't recommend it!

This is my first automatic cat litter box. Ive been using a manual one for over 3 years now and finally want a change so I went up on amazon and searched for an automatic litter box. Based on my experience for the past two month, I would say that this is a decent product and earn its price. I have two cats, the most annoying thing was cleaning their litter everyday, this litter box greatly satisfied me on its function. I only have to change out the litter bag of the machine around ones per three days. Since the design of the machine is pretty simple, it became an easy job to take out the inner roller and wash it if one of my cats peed on the roller. It took around 2-3 days for my cat to get comfortble with the new litter box, the cleaning process also stops whenever it senses a cat inside the litter box. The only downside being the space inside is a bit small for a large cat like my orange cat, but I would definitely recomend this litter box if its youre thinking about changing your manual one.

The customer service is really, really poor. Like gets back to your email a week later, but in a language you don't speak. Difficult to register in the app, I still can't use it.However, it seems to be working automatically pretty well. It doesn't always clean and I just unplug it and by the next day it seems to be working again.Having an automatic litter box is amazing, all cat owners should have a budget to get one! I would probably wait and save up enough to get a bigger name brand next time.For the price, it seems to work! Just can't access customer service or the app.
