THIS WORKS BUT IT IS FRAGILE
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD TO PURCHASE THIS. I TRAVEL ALOT AND OVER TIME, THIS POWER SOURCE CORD STARTS TO COME APART. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU NEVER WIND IT UP AND TUCK IT AWAY IN A COMPUTER BAG, BUT I HAD TO.

Excellent customer service
EDIT TO ADD: Customer service gave me a refund.Worked for 1 month, then stopped working. I brought my laptop to my tech guy and he plugged in his charger and my laptop immediately booted up, just fine. So it was definitely the charger, not the laptop.

Received a new charger
I had earlier written a review about how I received a damaged charger. I have received a replacement and appreciate the quick response by the seller.This charger is compatible with hp laptops and does a great job , I waited to re write my review as the previous one sparked after the 5th use. I've used it for 2 weeks and it seems good.
