CREATRIX contains ultra-pure creatine monohydrate, alpha-lipoic acid and vitamin B1. Creatine is one of the most effective supplements with an energizing effect. CREATRIX capsule contains CREAPURE® - a highly effective Creatine Monohydrate, produced in the German laboratory AlzChem Trostberg GmbH. RDA: Recommended daily allowance is 4 capsules 2 times daily. Wash down with approx. 300 ml of water. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before the workout, 2nd serving directly after the workout.
