Is this a right hand tap sink (or left)?

Tap is on the right hand side, but I think they do a left handed one as well. Good quality you wont be disappointed.

Does the sink come with fitting bolts?

No, though the sink was a bit too small for my water tab and I have send it back and chose another one

Does the right hand come with the tap and fixings

Yes it does come with taps but I have already replaced it with another as I live in a very hard water area.
