I like to have an afternoon nap sometimes and this mask is perfect for me!! It fits my face really well and the soft adjustable strap makes it comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It is actually quite soft and better put together than I was initially expecting. It fits well and does a good job of blocking out light as I'm a bit light sensitive this was the biggest requirement that I had and I'm very pleased with it, is inexpensive and does the job well. I cannot really ask for more than that.

This is a very comfortable sleep mask and not the itchy, cheap cotton used by other masks. You can adjust the size of the strap around your head so this is helpful and the mask can fit as snugly or loosely as you want. Because the mask is made from a flexible material, it stays affixed to the contours of your face when you move around so light doesn't enter it. When putting the mask on, there was a near complete shut out of any light and would be extremely useful for people who work night shifts and need to sleep during the day. Having a nifty little bag to put them also helps so you don't lose it. The ear plugs were very good, they blocked out nearly everything and if you combine them with the mask, you would be experiencing a near total sensory deprivation. This is great for what you need it for. Price is also very competitive. This is coming with me on my next holiday.

I was very skeptical at first, as I have purchased more expensive eye mask for meditation which has been a waste of my time and money.This is a superb eye mask, it sits on the face and blocks all rays, made with a very silky and smooth material, worth every penny.A must-have especially this time of year.

This lets light in which is a shame as I purchased it for a meditation retreat that I’m due to go on and now it’s too late to buy a different one.

This eye mask is great! Not only is it comfortable, it's also super travel-friendly. I love the bit that covers your nose and the fact that it blocks sunlight out very easily. My partner finds it difficult to sleep as his shifts at work vary. Since telling him how much I love this, he's now taken mine and enjoys using it because it helps him get to sleep much quicker especially with the help of the included earplugs. Looks like I will be buying another one for myself now!
