Delish and inexpensive
I really love these. They are typically cheaper than liquid IV, not too salty and they help with hangovers and dehydration. Not too sure what’s in them but they work well. No tummy issues either!

The taste is better than the sugarfree Liquid IV. It also doesn't have the odd after taste or consistency that Liquid IV has. My only complaint is that there was a small amount of Liquid in the bag so the individual packets are sticky.

Wonderful for Chemo
Husband has AML and we use this product to keep him hydrated and his mouth damp. Chemo causes mouth sores in a lot of people and he loves this stuff because it tastes good and he can drink quite a bit of it. It's super easy to use and dissolves easier than the "other" ones - but caution - if you let the packets sit too long - they will clump up inside and be harder to dissolve. But this is our go-to hydration for chemo.

As a person who doesn't drink soda this is really good. I mainly drink water and this is a nice way to add flavor. & is sugar-free.

I'm glad I tried this product!
I love this product. I've had health problems and have just been slow to recover, plus I gained weight. My doctor turned me on to this product. I don't typically like flavored water, but these are GOOD! I've gained energy and lost weight - don't know if it's due to this product but it's working !
