My second Dakota battery. First one is still in use after 6 years, I just needed one with more capacity. Ironically, when I tried charging the battery when it first arrived, my charger failed. Not realizing this, I went on an ice fishing trip and took the battery to power my electronics. When my battery went dead and my charger wouldn't work, I called Dakota to see if there was anything I could do on my own to troubleshoot or fix it. Although there was nothing I could do, and the charger was out of warranty by 5 years, Dakota still offered and sent me a replacement charger. A one amp hour instead of the 2.5ah that I had, but still.... they could have done absolutely nothing and said sorry for your luck. Thank you Dakota Lithium for making a great battery and offering a free replacement charger!

I am just amazed at the longevity of this battery with the backlight on at 75% and 9hrs of ice fishing it still had 12.5Volts that's down from 14.2 volts to start its definitely a keeper

I got the 20 amp, 240 watt hour version but same in all other respects. Nice to have USB and Usb-C ports. Will come in handy on my sail. Many utilities available…

When I bought it, it. Ale with a charge of 13.7vAfter using it since September, to power boat lights, it still reads 13.4v

This company is Top Notch 5 stars for sure. I had an issue with one of my batteries and Jean Paul was on top of it. The replaced the battery and had me back up and running. This is the only issue I have ever had with one of their products. Can’t say enough good things about them.
