This compact humidifier far exceeded my expectations. It’s very quiet - it emits a very low and quite calming noise that, although I’m a very fussy and light sleeper, I quite enjoy. I put it on a little stool to have the mist going a bit higher and it works wonders. I have a terrible cold and sore throat at the moment and it’s helping massively. The changing lights are quite nice to turn on occasionally. It’s super easy to clean and refill. The scent from the essential oils only last shortly because the oil obviously doesn’t mix with water and so it’s gone pretty soon but it can be topped up anytime. It did switch off itself when it ran out of water, which was great. Very pleased I replaced my old, massive humidifier with this one. Also, unlike my old humidifier, it doesn’t create a puddle, so the mist is very fine and it disperses well in the air.

Good and does the job.

Very good product, and amazing scents. It works instantly and it has a decent amount of smoke. Could be higher and more powerful. Very good value for money and the size is perfect. There are a huge variety of colours and I have no issues with the remote control.

A Nice stylish diffuser, easy to operate as well, i like the intermittment function too. A Great price for this nice very functional diffuser comes with a remote control and gives out a good mist.

Emailed Asakuki customer service very late on Saturday with a minor issue - received an immediate response and a solution within minutes. Then on Sunday morning I woke up to overnight confirmation from Amazon that Asakuki had done what they said they would do. I was in shock at how efficiently the matter was dealt with. So refreshing - think it is probably the best customer service I have ever received. Will be back in the new year to buy another diffuser for another room as they are so beautiful and keep my home smelling gorgeous at a time when we are not flinging the windows open so much. Also makes a very thoughtful, practical gift. Huge thank you to whoever it was that dealt with my query - so impressed and delighted with the service. Was working well for 2 years until it suddenly stopped working, I'd like it to be a little longer lasting but have just ordered the new version so I hope they've made it better
