Compré el producto hace 5 meses y me ha gustado bastante. Cuando me voy a dormir me lo tomo 2ml y a los 20 minutos me da bastante sueño. Duermo casi toda la noche, me despierto solo para hacer pipi y sigo durmiendo. Al siguiente día siento que he descansado. Ahora mismo se me acabó el producto y lo volveré a pedir.

Haven’t noticed anything yet
I wish the instructions were a little more clear on the dosage. It’s just kind of general on the label on the bottle. I haven’t noticed a change yet but I’ve only used it a couple of times. And since I haven’t actually removed myself from my highest stress inducing environment (namely my home and my kids), I’m not sure if the tincture is strong enough to give me the needed amount of calm and stress relief. But I’ll keep at it and see if it helps long term.
