I actually liked it and it was perfect for the party, but it doesn't come as shown in the picture. It needs about 15-20 minutes for assembly.I didn't unwrap it before the party as I didn't want it to get damaged. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the banner was all on one string and needed to be cut. The dangly ribbons are individual pieces. It ended up looking really nice after I put it together and I'd purchase it again, but it took a lot longer to decorate as I thought I it was already assembled to look like the picture. I ended up putting the banner in one place and the dangly pieces around the room and entryway, so I guess I actually got more bang for my buck than just one banner. Everyone thought it was cute and you can't beat the price!

Looks great and worth it to buy. Please note: I bought quickly online for my coworker. I thought they gave we wrong letters at first until I went to complain and realized human error. The title line says "Tuoyo 40th Birthday Party Decorations" which I assumed would say happy 40th Birthday. The picture is accurate "cheers to 40 years" either way, great decorations that did the job.

The quality of the banner is WAY beyond what I thought I was going to get. It's actually like a felt material and very well put together. I accidentally frayed the ribbon ends so when I use this banner again I will most likely get different ribbon. The curls were nice quality as well. Very much recommend this kit TOTALLY worth the money.

Worked out great. I really like this banner, except for the fact that I had to string it myself. other than that I think it was a great purchase

These looked awesome and were plenty for a good sized room. The banner is super high quality felt.

The flags with letters were good quality, but the plastic spiral with numbers they jept breaking and i had to retape together several times.

I was so impressed by the quality of the banner in this set. I have been able to reuse it for friends parties several times.

Super happy with these decorations. They even came with a plastic needle to assist in putting the decorations on the string. Perfect for the occasssion and vivid/quality product.
