I can not wear shoes without arch support, my knees start hurting. Got these inserts for my summer sandals and they do the job just fine. Easy to use, no knee pain, and very comfortable.

After wearing my new docs for a while I felt like I needed some arch support; nothing extreme. These inserts filled the bill. They’re not too much support and the material is very comfortable. Another plus is they stay in place but aren’t so sticky that they can’t be repositioned and they don’t tear up your insole trying.Update:Although I do think these are pretty good insoles, my review was falsely solicited.

I've been wearing these inserts for about a month now and it's helped reduced foot arch pain and even helped my posture. Going to buy more inserts for the rest of my shoes that I own.

I love that these are clear so they blend in with any color shoe and they offer good arch support for my high heels.

The Skyfoot arch supports are very easy to install in your shoes. They can be moved easily if they need to be adjusted for your feet. They feel great and make shoes with no, or little, arch support feel fantastic! I have them in all my shoes and sandals. They can easily be washed and reapplied. I'm very happy with this purchase!
