Felt a difference after just a few days of use!

I started using these a several months ago to see if it could balance out my mood swings and low energy levels. They worked SO well. If I miss them for a few days in a row, I know it. I am so much more anxious without them. I’m only 43 so I don’t really have hot flashes yet, so I can’t vouch for that aspect. My energy levels improved quite a bit when I first started taking them, but now that I’ve been on them for a while I don’t feel the increased energy anymore. There is no real scent or flavor, slightly tastes like cardboard but nothing gaggy like other supplements.

I just started taking these, so I'm not sure if they work for hot flashes/night sweats yet. I will update after a month of use

The medication has helped with the symptoms without seeing a doctor. The original reviews lead me to try this product.

Took for a couple months, night sweats seemed better for a day or 2, but have since returned as they were before, waking up with a soaked shirt in the middle of the night. Otherwise didn't notice any difference. Definitely doesn't help regulate my cycles, either. Will be trying a different product.

I'm 43 not quite into menopause yet but I feel like these really helped my energy, mood regulation, and temperature regulation. They are a great value and work well.

I really wanted to like these supplements, but unfortunately it gave me heartburn.
