This is my first experience with the supplement Trigonellen-Methylated Niacin. So far, I like it. I've had no negative side effects, the single capsule per day is easy to take and I feel it gives me more energy and focus, although that is hard to measure. I'm especially interested in supplements that are pure, clean and third-party tested. This one checks off all those boxes for me. It also purports to offer anti-aging properties, which I also find of great interest.I'll continue with my daily dosage, as I like this supplement a lot. The bottle is a 90 day supply. I think this is a good value for what you get though, TBH, I did not do any price comparisons with similar products. It seems affordable to me.

These pills are extremely over priced and not as effective as nmn supplements I took in the past. I did not feel the difference the first week like I did when I took nmn. With nmn, My energy level, my stamina and how I felt youthful. Taking a blood test this week and will report the results. Feels like a hype supplement to me. So far I am disappointed.

Their ingredients are non-GMO, tested in ISO-Certified and cGMP certified labs.I have been taking this product now for 2 weeks and have not noticed any digestive distress. I have noticed a bit of mental and physical energy. I expect it will take a couple of months to notice the full benefits of this supplement ( as in most supplements) The suggested dosage is 1 a day and there are 90 days worth of capsules in this bottle. This is a trustworthy company, and I recommend this Trigonelline.

The brand seems well-established and legitimate, and does engage in some third-party testing. I have not yet noticed any significant benefits from taking the supplements, but it's always hard to tell with supplements like this. In any case, it doesn't seem to do any harm. The price seems reasonable and comparable to other sellers. If you're interested in Trigonelline, I think this is a good option.

I have not experienced any negative side effects or stomach upset with these capsules.The recommended dose is 1 capsules a day so each jar is a 3-month supply. I feel that the price is quite high for this supplement. It is working great for me so far and I will try it for a few months to see what the long-term benefit is.
