Been bodybuilding 40 yrs and this is the best pre workout I’ve ever taken , the pump is quite exceptional. I use to use the capsule which are great , but the powder enters the bloodstream faster . And it works out cheaper .

Very acidic and I hadn't considereded that in solution, so my bad. Product is made well no complaints there. However since it contains Malic Acid, it's pH when mixed with water is pretty similar to orange juice, I haven't taken the best care of my teeth over the years so have to sadly avoid this going forwards

Always give you that short period pump which fills the tshirt.
