Beautiful book with lots of neat toys and their history

My 4 year old son loves collection toy robots that were popular from my childhood era of the 80s/90s . This book as been fun for us to read,doodle pictures from and even search for different old robots while hitting up local junk shops.

Excellent photography, English summaries, layout and size

for pleasure and knowledge

Only a few pages of text and hundreds of color pictures! Its a great picture book full of robots of all decades, spaceships, and metal toys in general. They're all beautifully photographed and a great reference. If you love metal toys and collect then this is a book for your shelf.

Great book

I was looking forward to getting this book but although the pictures were good the details about dates were vague and broad making it more of a novelty item than a guide to help the collector. Collecting robots is all about fine details and differences between very similar looking items.

Bought as a gift, the recipient called it "informative and fun".

This is a good guideline collectors book for those who collect random Robots of all kinds.Many fine pictures to wiev.
