It certainly works good for getting my 2 yr old down to bed, I feel it would work better once her body is used to not getting melatonin anymore, si ce that was our go to, but we wanted something more natural and better for her sleep, this is a great alternative, alot of magnesium sleep aids I saw still have melatonin in them, or they aren't for 2yr olds, so this is perfect, and in a liquid form makes it easier for her to take. Becareful using a syringe at first bc it is very full, I accidentally spilled some and it did leave a very sticky mess. My toddler doesn't mind the taste so it must taste better than others lol.

Listen I have a 2 year old and he will stay up and jump forever if you let him. This calms him gently and he sleeps through the night. It doesn’t taste bad because he takes it without any problem. It’s not sticky and it doesn’t have a smell. I really should subscribe for it lol never giving it up! Parents must have if your little one is rowdy or fussy

So as a new time parent and having a toddler that doesn’t relax my wife and I find this to be amazing. It has 0 melatonin it just relaxes your toddler. It’s not a miracle but it does calm my 2.5y/o down at night. You can mix it in any bottle or even cup of water.

Works pretty good! Toddler seems a lot more calm, still wakes up in the middle of the night but he isn’t having nightmares anymore!

We are huge Hyland’s fans in this family but this product is a huge miss. My toddler projectile vomited within 5 minutes of taking this two nights in a row. I believe we may have received a bad batch because he has had the individual herbs/ingredients in this syrup and never reacted like that.

Bought this for my daughter who will be 3 in July. She was still waking up 2-3 times a night. Since giving her this she has been sleeping through the night the last 2 days! Game changer for us. Hoping to us this bottle then stop and see if her sleep continues without it.

My daughter loved the taste of it, but this did nothing to help calm her or help her sleep.

So I don’t know if my kid is weird or it just affects kids differently but this did not at all help my kid sleep! He became so so hyper. Now I use it when he’s in a bad mood and we need to go somewhere and it gives him energy and a mood boost. I guess you just have to try for your child but as far as sleep it did not work and had the opposite effect
