The GoldCidin Gut Health Supplement comes in a small bottle, but contains up to 680 servings. It calls for a single drop to start out, building up to 15 drops per day. It does say to do that gradually, but it doesnt note a time period (over a week, a month? who knows?)It contains many ingredients I am familiar with and have taken before, so I felt comfortable trying it. The taste is sweet, so you dont have to mix it with anything, and its pretty easy to dispense a single drop.I have been taking it for over a week now and have had no side effects but its also not easy to tell if it is making a difference at this point.Overall, the only thing Im unsure about with this product is the dosing language. It first says to start with one drop, working up to 5 drops x 3 times a day - but it also says that children can use one drop per 10lbs of body weight per day. If you have a large child or teen, this could be the same as the adult dosage or more. It would be nice to see a "not to exceed "X" drops per day" statement on the directions

This, like all supplements, may work great for some people and not at all for others. This one doesn't do anything positive for me. Therefore, I would not buy this again and thusly would not recommend it either.

This product makes claims for healthy biofilms, microbial balance, healthy GI system and digestive health. I am starting as instructed at one drop a day, building up to five.Well sealed bottle with a very soft dropper, the liquid is bitter and packs a punch, also a little sweetness from the glycerin. Only time will tell how beneficial this unique product is for gut health.

I like using a more natural plant-based approach with my supplements. This GoldCidin Gut Health Supplement has a blend of 18 botanical extracts & essential oils to help with immune support and gut health. I like that this supplement is crafted with high quality ingredients that are non-genetically modified and is made in the USA. Serving size is 1 drop starting out with and moving up to 15. I like to do 2 a day with my daily water and if I start feeling under the weather, I will bump it up to the 5 drops 3 times a day until I feel better. This is good supplement to have on hand.

This stuff is super potent - with the dose starting at 1 drop per day going up to 5 drops 3x/day. I've been taking 5 drops/day without any problems. It's expensive for such a small bottle but a good value at 680 drops per bottle. Taking the max dose it will last about 45 days.
