Seems Nice
I've only tried one cap and I really enjoyed the experience. I can see me using this many times.

Nice knee massager
This is a very nice massager that can be used on your knees, thighs, shoulders, etc. I have moderate pain in my knees and shoulders and I have been using this on those areas. I like the heat settings and I do find some relief from that. I will sometimes heat up the packs before using the massager just to get more even heat quickly. The vibration selection is okay. I tend to use the vibration when I have more pain and I find the vibration is just that, a vibration, and not really a massaging effect. But I have to admit it is kinda soothing. All in all, a very nice massager.

The perfect knee heating pad
I bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. He says they are just what he was looking for. He has bad knees and loves these.

Versatile machine but not best for the knee
This includes two massaging units that are not independent of one another. If you want to use two units, you have to attach the second one to the primary unit. Both units do heat up. Although heating intensity seems to fluctuate over time between the two units. There are 5 modes and two heating options (high, low, and off). The buttons are easy to push and they switch with ease. High temp isn't too hot and low is mild. The heating unit does feel nice when on. I haven't used the ice/heating packs yet (heat in microwave or chill in fridge) but the massage units have a pouch for each bag.I don't think this item is that great for the knee. I think a TENS unit will get into the knee crevices better and provide better pain relief. However, I used one unit on my shoulder and elbow and it was a much better experience. This massage unit really needs muscles to work well and let's face it, the knee does not have a lot of muscles. The cords are at a decent length and it doesn't tangle that easily. You can detach the plug from the unit for easy storage. It auto shuts off after 45 minutes.

Works with or without the gel packs for heat
These are exactly what i needed. They work for heat without having to use the gel packs. I just received them and put them on right away. Perfect

An OK treatment option for painful knees
This review is for "CooCoCo Knee Massager for Pain Relief, Heated Knee Wrap". These vibrating knee wraps are OK - you get what you pay for.Pros:* They appear to be very well constructed from decent materials. The stitching is well done and they should hold together well with decent care and handling.* They come with a set of 4 decent gel packs for situations when you need cooling rather than heating and the knee wraps have pockets designed to hold the gel packs.* The knee wraps are easy to put on and the velcro straps hold them in place nicely.* The cord connecting the pair of knee wraps can be disconnected for instances when you only require 1 of them.* The controls are easy to reach and use* The vibration has several different settings available that let you adjust the vibration pattern* They can be used for other joints such as the elbow or shoulder (although they are a little big for use on the elbow and rather awkward to fit for the shoulder).Cons:* The vibration is just that - vibration. There is no 'massage' other than the vibration. And the vibrator is fairly small (~3"x2") located above the knee cap - so it does not provide any sort of wrap around vibration for the knee.* The heating is very lackluster and also consists of just a small heating element on top of the knee...no wrap around heating is provides. If you need heat therapy, a heating pad would be a better bet.Overall, for the price, not too bad but also the effectiveness will be questionable.

These are great, it's awesome that it's a 2 pack!
I'm so glad I go these. I have had similar type braces before. The fact that these are a pair is fantastic! I mean we all have 2 knees (for the most part) right? The downfall is that they are nor independent. If you want to use both, one connects to the other, and the main one controls both units. The heat seemed to vary a little between the 2 but not enough to make a difference. I haven't tried the cold packs yet, but they have pouches for them and it seems pretty straight forward.

Comfortable and relaxing! Use with heat or cold therapy.
I ordered this CooCoCo Knee Massager for Pain Relief, Heated Knee Wrap with Vibration, Heating Pad for Knee, Elbows to use on my knees and other joints.I’m a chronic pain patient, I have a really messed up spine (fusions, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease) and rheumatoid arthritis. Lately my knees and hips have been bothering me much more than usual, so I thought I’d give this knee massager a try.I’ll admit it, I didn’t expect much. But I plugged this in and wrapped it around my knees. The massaging device actually felt great. When it turned off after forty-five minutes (there’s a built in cut-off at this point), I was disappointed. I turned it on again. After two forty-five minute sets, I was relaxed and quite comfortable. This plugs into a regular outlet. The massager has five different styles, I like the first one best. The massager gets slightly warm while operating, but there is also a heat button you can push for more heat. The additional heat button heats up quite quickly, I had to turn it off after a few minutes. This also came with four cold packs. They go in the fridge or freezer, then you can slide them in the massager before you wrap it around your knee.I’m fairly small, I found these a touch large, but they Velcro on, so I just pulled them tight until they fit comfortably. They look like they’d fit a fairly large man, and they come with an additional piece that you can “bridge” between the pieces. This would be useful if you wanted to put this over your shoulder, for example. The sales page says these are made to fit knees with a circumference of 10” to 26”, and there’s the bridge piece if needed. You can use this anywhere you can wrap it. Elbows, knees, arm, leg. My teenage son says he wants to try it on his feet one evening, he commutes to school on the subway every day (we live in NYC) and his school is 9 stories and the escalators rarely work.I didn’t expect a lot from this, but I was very happy with the results.
