I use different supplements and sometimes the only difference between one supplement and another is being able to evaluate the company selling it. This bottle contains 120 capsules. Based on two tablets a day that is a 60-day supply. Certified organic and 5000 mg per capsule. It's difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of any supplement on a short-term basis but I'll be interested to see how this performs over the coming months. I usually take this for colds and as an immunity booster.

This is a 60 day supply of immune elderberry capsules. The dosage recommendation is for 2 a day, you get 120 in the bottle. The capsules are easy to swallow. They have a slight taste of elderberry to them, but i like elderberry so i don’t mind it. They don’t leave me with any negative side effects. This is a supplement that you can’t really tell if it is working unless you normally get sick a lot and now you don’t. But I take this especially when it’s going into a cold/flu season or when i know I’m about to have my immune system stressed. I do like that this product is made in the USA and the ingredients and labeling are clear with plenty of info. Price point is good and I enjoy taking this
